Order and Payment Terms
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a formal purchase order (PO) and advance payment, as agreed upon.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery Timeline: The standard delivery timeline is 45 days, depending on the complexity and customization of the order.
Pan-India Delivery: Arya Bhangy offers delivery across India.
International Shipping: Export orders will include applicable customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges.
Delivery Conditions: Arya Bhangy is not liable for delays caused by external factors, such as transportation strikes, natural disasters, or customs clearance.
Warranty and Guarantee
Arya Bhangy doors come with a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 25 year from the date of delivery.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 1 week of placement. After this period, cancellation will not be accepted.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued once production has started.
In case of product damage during delivery, replacement or repair will be provided after evaluation.
Installation Guidelines
Arya Bhangy provides installation guidelines but does not offer direct installation services unless specified.
Improper installation voids the warranty.

Arya Bhangy is not responsible for damages caused by improper usage, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.
The company’s liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kochi, Kerala, India.
Our factory & HO in Ernakulam .our showrooms in Kochi, Coimbatore, Bangalore and Chennai. But we have pan India Delivery and exports.
In case of disagreements, both parties agree to pursue arbitration before legal action.
